Rehabilitation of Yabroud Hospital

A project to rehabilitate Yabroud Hospital in Rif Dimashq Governorate. Rif Dimashq Governorate announced the start of works on 9 September 2026 under its “Rifna Bistahel” campaign.

Scope of Works

• Supply of a CT scanner.
• A C-arm imaging unit for specialised surgery.
• Oxygen units entering service at the hospital for the first time, alongside other medical devices.
• Construction of a doctors’ accommodation section.
• Activation of the hospital’s care unit.

Expected Impact

The works aim to raise the hospital’s readiness and expand its capacity to provide medical care to residents of Yabroud and surrounding areas, reducing the need to travel to distant hospitals.
