The PARK VIEW project was officially announced at a press conference held under the patronage of Tourism Minister Mazen Salhani and attended by Finance Minister Dr. Mohammad Yasser Barnieh, in the Yaafour area of Rif Dimashq. The development marks the first investment by Unlimited Real Estate Development in the Syrian market, as the company returns after a fourteen-year absence, drawing on more than twenty years of experience in the United Arab Emirates.
A notable feature of the announcement is that it came after approximately 30% of construction work had already been completed, signaling a transition from the planning phase to active implementation and reinforcing confidence among investors and buyers.
The project is built on a total area of approximately 50,000 square meters, comprising fourteen residential buildings with 420 residential units finished to high-quality standards. Around 35,000 square meters have been allocated to green spaces, service facilities, and recreational amenities.
The development includes a comprehensive range of facilities:
The project features advanced infrastructure including fiber-optic networks, smart home systems, and surveillance cameras. It also incorporates hotel apartments and a commercial market alongside the residential units, positioning it as a fully integrated complex aligned with international standards.
Prices start at 1,800 USD per square meter, targeting the upper-middle market segment. Two buildings have already reached the structural frame stage. The first phase, comprising 128 units, is scheduled for delivery within two years, followed by a second phase of 128 units approximately two and a half years later. Sales have already launched and are reportedly receiving strong demand, according to Chairman Maher Muhajer.
The company's chairman announced plans to launch a new residential project within the next four to five months, targeting middle and lower-middle income segments, beginning in Damascus with potential expansion to other governorates. Tourism Minister Salhani noted that Syria is witnessing a growing return of Syrian investors from abroad, alongside increasing interest from Arab and foreign investors.
