The Syrian Ministry of Tourism, in a strategic partnership with Ezdihar Holding, has launched "The Beaumont," the country's first fully integrated residential, commercial, and leisure mega-project. Located in the heart of Damascus near the historic Umayyad Square along the Barada River, this massive development carries an estimated investment of $250–$300 million, representing a transformative leap in revitalizing Syria's tourism sector and its appeal as a premier investment destination

Spanning an impressive 77,000 square meters, the development features two landmark towers. The first tower will house a luxury five-star hotel offering 150 rooms, including presidential suites, premium dining outlets, a private members' club, and a fully equipped spa. The residential component comprises high-end serviced apartments and duplex units, designed to international standards to meet the growing demand for luxury accommodation

Beyond hospitality, "The Beaumont" includes a two-level luxury retail center, a vibrant outdoor promenade with cafés and restaurants, and a 10-story modern business center aimed at attracting regional and international corporate headquarters. Delivered in phases over four years under a 50-year joint venture, the project will generate 1,500–2,500 direct jobs and 3,000–3,500 indirect roles. Additionally, Ezdihar Holding will fund a training program for 30 Ministry employees at Oxford University's Saïd Business School, covering hospitality and project management
