Sinjar–Basida Power Line Link

About the Project

The Syrian Electricity Company is completing the electrical link on the 66 kV line between the Sinjar and Basida substations in rural Idlib. The line has reached Basida from Sinjar, while comprehensive rehabilitation works at Basida substation are under way to raise its operational readiness.

Next Phase

Preparations are under way to extend the line from Basida toward Al-Bara, strengthening grid interconnection and supporting a more stable power supply in the area.
