Sheikh Najjar Industrial Land Development

A project to develop first-category industrial land in the Sheikh Najjar Industrial City in Aleppo governorate. The implementation agreement was signed during the 63rd Damascus International Fair and announced by the Ministry of Economy and Industry.

First-category land in the Sheikh Najjar Industrial City, Aleppo governorate.

Scope of Works

The agreement covers the development and implementation of integrated infrastructure, including:

• Internal and main roads
• Electricity networks
• Drinking water, industrial water and firefighting networks
• Sanitary and industrial sewage networks
• Telecommunications networks
• Administration and service centres and green spaces
• Connection of the area to surrounding networks and facilities

Objective

To create an integrated industrial environment that attracts investment and productive projects and supports the expansion of industrial activity in the city.
