About the project
Rehabilitation works at the Qarif water station in the countryside of Jableh, Latakia governorate, carried out by the General Company for Drinking Water and Sanitation in Latakia in cooperation with the local branch of the Syrian Establishment for Building and Construction. The Ministry of Energy announced their completion on 27 October 2026.
Scope of works
- Supplying the station with three new pumps.
- Completing the necessary electrical and civil works.
- Objective: securing water for about 50,000 people.
Current stage
The rehabilitation works are complete, in preparation for putting the station into service.
