Infrastructure for Food Zone D, Hassia Industrial City

Overview

The project builds the infrastructure of Food Zone (D) in Hassia Industrial City, in rural Homs, including road opening and sewage and drinking-water networks, to prepare the zone for food-industry facilities.

• Road network of 3,055 metres.

• Serves 55 industrial plots.
• Cost: SYP 108 million.
• Execution period: 180 days.

Parties

The works are carried out by Al-Fajr Contracting Company as part of the infrastructure projects implemented by Hassia Industrial City.

Current Stage

Works began on 12 July 2026, after the survey of the zone's roads was completed. The project is one of three infrastructure projects in the city that together serve 224 industrial plots, alongside Food Zone (C) and Chemical Industries Zone (B).
