Corrugated steel roof panels are roll-formed from hot-dip galvanized steel coil and fitted to the secondary purlins of pre-engineered building systems. American Columns supplies these panels as part of complete building packages, with optional polyurethane insulation core for thermal performance. Standard profile pitch is 76 mm with an 18 mm rib height.
Profile: 76/18 corrugated; thickness: 0.4–0.7 mm base metal; width: 1,000 mm effective. Zinc coating: Z275 g/m².
EN 10346 hot-dip galvanized Z275; EN 10169 organic-coated option available.
