Composite panels consisting of two PVDF-coated aluminum alloy sheets bonded to a low-density polyethylene core. The PVDF coating provides long-term resistance to UV radiation, chemicals, and weathering, making the panels suitable for exterior facades and interior cladding applications.
Certified to ISO 9001 and tested to ASTM standards for thermal conductivity, tensile strength, yield strength, and bending flexibility. Produced in multiple colors with customizable finishes.
Construction: two aluminum face sheets + LDPE core. Coating: PVDF (exterior). Tested to: ASTM D 976 (thermal conductivity), ASTM E 8 (tensile/yield/elongation), ASTM C 393 (bending). Certifications: ISO 9001, Lloyd's Register, GMP, Borouge.
