The Syrian Investment Authority has published, through its official Investment Map platform, an opportunity to complete the Workers' Housing Project located in Madinat Al-Salam, Quneitra Governorate. The project falls within the real estate development zones sector and offers investors entry into a residential development that has already reached an advanced stage of execution.
The project covers a total land area of 5.6 hectares, with a cumulative floor area of 49,960 square metres. It comprises 29 multi-storey buildings, each consisting of a ground floor and three repeated upper floors, with two residential apartments per entrance stairwell.
The total number of residential units stands at 488 dwellings, distributed across the buildings according to an approved regulatory plan for the project.
Works have reached a completion rate of 67%. Partial infrastructure has also been installed, including:
The presence of these installed components means an incoming investor would inherit an existing technical base, reducing the scope of remaining works required to bring the project to full operation.
The Syrian Investment Authority manages this opportunity through its official Investment Map portal. Full project details and application procedures are accessible via the dedicated listing on the Authority's website.
