The project aims to develop a residential suburb in the village of Salim in the governorate of Sweida that includes 4,916 residences in addition to commercial and investment activities. Matrouh Investment Residential Units with an Area of 416,526 m² and Commercial Events with an Area of 58,463 M² and Investment Units of 8,397 M². The site is located east of the village on an area of 82 hectares with a floor area of 571,690 m², 4 km from Selim and 11 km from the city of Sweida.
