Al-Sawda Municipality in Tartus Governorate announces a sealed-bid public auction for the investment lease of commercial shops located on Property No. 947 in the Dweir Taha real estate zone. The auction is governed by the terms and conditions set out in the official auction dossier.

Submission and Opening Dates

Offers must be submitted no later than the end of official working hours on Monday, 1 June 2026. Submitted envelopes will be opened at the premises of Al-Sawda Municipality at 10:00 AM on Tuesday, 2 June 2026.

Required Documents

• A participation application bearing the legal stamp, accompanied by a copy of the applicant's national identity card, submitted to the municipality registry.
• A receipt confirming payment of the auction dossier fee of 1,000 new Syrian pounds.
• A security deposit receipt in the amount of 30,000 new Syrian pounds.
• A certificate of no criminal conviction.
• A certificate confirming non-employment in the public sector.

Bid Validity Period

Each bidder is bound by their submitted offer for a period of 90 days from the date of submission. No withdrawal or amendment of the offer is permitted during this period.
