

The Syrian Investment Authority has listed the Salim Suburb project in Al-Sweida Governorate on its official investment map as an opportunity in the real estate development zones sector. The project covers a total area of 82 hectares, with a combined floor area of 571,690 sqm.
The project comprises 4,916 residential units distributed across ten islands. The unit breakdown by island is as follows:
Construction progress stands at approximately 60% in Islands One and Two, and at 3% in Island Three. At the site-wide infrastructure level, road works and sanitary and stormwater drainage networks have been completed to 55% across five of the ten islands.
An approved regulatory plan is in place for the project. The General Company for Engineering Studies has conducted the technical studies covering both the overall site and the individual buildings, providing investors with a ready engineering foundation.
