The Qasioun Hotel project is an integrated tourism development on the slopes of Mount Qasioun in Damascus, aiming to transform the area into a world-class destination overlooking the Old City. The cost exceeds $160 million, with a BOT (Build-Operate-Transfer) model for a period of 25-45 years.

Located on the slopes of Mount Qasioun, near the Kiwan and Customs area (from the Customs Square to the foot of the mountain), the land area is 10,000 m² of initial construction (expandable to one million m²)

Main components: Hotel: 5-star hotel, luxury rooms, spa, panoramic restaurants. Commercial: mall, traditional market, modern kiosks (such as "Boulevard"). Religious: mosque with modern architectural design. Leisure: gardens, recreational facilities, large parking garage, retaining walls, modern drainage system.
