Development of a new city in Deir Ezzor consisting of 60,000 housing units accommodating 300,000 people within 15 years and including a business center with office space of one million square meters, shopping centers and restaurants, 45 nurseries and 125 schools, 4 hospitals and 45 health centers, and green spaces on the banks of the Euphrates with 20-25% of the area. The project is located on an area of 35 km² and is estimated to cost $5.3 billion, and provides more than 50,000 jobs during construction and operation.
