The Syrian Investment Authority, through its investment map platform, announced an opportunity to establish an integrated tourist resort in Latakia governorate, on an area of 146 dunams owned by the Latakia Endowments Directorate. The project includes hotels, restaurants, chalets, a water amusement park, a seaside promenade, and beach gardens.
