The Syrian Investment Authority, through its investment map platform, is presenting an opportunity titled the North Hanano Project, listed under the real estate development sector in Aleppo governorate.
The neighborhood covers 3.2 hectares and includes 1542 housing units distributed across 51 plots, based on two building models:
The plots have been allocated and handed over to subscribers, with the exception of 20 plots from Model One that require rehabilitation and completion works. Repairs to damage and shared areas are currently underway for these plots, comprising 600 housing units, while completion works are limited to only 10 of those plots. A perimeter wall system was adopted as an earthquake-resistant structural element for the building.
The commercial shops in Model Two sustained war-related damage and require repair, noting that a portion of them has already been sold.
The neighborhood includes infrastructure works that have not yet been contracted, in addition to the establishment of electrical transformer stations and street lighting works that also remain uncontracted.
