The opportunity includes the establishment of a 3-star tourist hotel featuring a restaurant, cafeterias, and a commercial complex, in addition to various entertainment facilities, aiming to provide integrated hospitality and accommodation services within the city.
The project is offered under a Build, Operate and Transfer (BOT) model, which allows the investor to construct and operate the facility for a specified period before transferring ownership to the owning entity. The contract duration for this opportunity is set at no less than 25 years.
