Construction of 40 residential units with a height of 7 floors each, where each unit includes 32 apartments with a mosque, pharmacy, medical center, school, gardens, playground, integrated sports building, mall, and alternative power station. The project is located at the western entrance to Daraa city within the 132nd Brigade between the Tank Roundabout and the Officers' Club, and it costs $52 million.
