The project proposes to build a residential suburb north of Idlib city consisting of residential towers, gardens, a mall, and restaurants to meet the needs of youth housing. The land area is 260 dunums and belongs to the Ministry of Public Works and Housing. The site overlooks the city's northern promenade and contains a few blocks from a former residential project while the rest of the land is vacant, and all services and infrastructure are in place.
