Construction of a commercial and residential tower that includes offices, warehouses, and residential apartments in the Al-Kamliyah neighborhood in Latakia, opposite the port gate near the General Electricity Company. The project includes properties 40, 397 and 84 with an area of 600 m² and is owned by the Latakia Awqaf Directorate.
