In the presence of the director of the Syrian Investment Authority's Aleppo branch, a contract was signed for the design, rehabilitation, investment, and operation of the existing building of the commercial center known as the Industrial Mall, located in the second zone of Sheikh Najjar Industrial City in Aleppo. The agreement was concluded under a Build-Operate-Transfer (B.O.T) framework.
The contract was signed by Youssef Fattouh, Director General of the Industrial City, representing the city's administration, and by ASFEX Trading Private Joint-Stock Company, represented by its board chairman Abdul Ghafour Saleh Asfour and his legal proxy, attorney Bassam Ghabbash.
The project aims to rehabilitate the existing building and transform it into a modern industrial mall comprising commercial spaces, office units, and integrated service facilities. The development is expected to stimulate economic activity within the industrial zone, attract new investment, and generate employment opportunities for the local workforce.
The project's implementation phase is set at 30 months, followed by an investment and operation period of 25 years under the terms of the signed contract. This agreement forms part of the Syrian Investment Authority's Aleppo branch efforts to support high-impact projects and strengthen the investment infrastructure of industrial cities.
