Project Overview

The Ansari project is located in the city of Aleppo, within the real estate development sector, covering a total area of 0.6 hectares. It includes 134 housing units distributed across four towers and seven residential plots, and is listed as an official investment opportunity by Syria's Investment Authority through its investment map platform.

Status of Plots and Towers

The seven residential plots have been fully completed and delivered to the subscribers who purchased them. The four towers have also been fully constructed and allocated, but they sustained damage from acts of vandalism, leaving them in need of comprehensive restoration and rehabilitation works.

Structural Details

• Each tower has a ground floor containing commercial shops, in addition to eight repeated upper floors and a basement, part of which is designated as a shelter with utility services.
• Each tower has two independent entrances.
• The total floor area of the towers is 17,356 square meters.
• The structural system adopted shear walls as an earthquake-resistant configuration.

Commercial Units

The total number of commercial shops across the towers and plots is 55, with a combined floor area of 4,160 square meters. These shops were also affected by damage, and none of them have been sold to date.

Ongoing Restoration Works

A construction institution has been contracted to carry out the necessary restoration and rehabilitation works for the towers and shops, but the completion rate of these works currently stands at less than 1 percent. This leaves an opening for investment in completing the restoration and rehabilitation works and marketing the unsold commercial units.
