The Syrian Investment Authority has listed an investment opportunity on its investment map concerning the Maasraniya residential district project in Aleppo governorate, under the real estate development sector.
The district covers 68.5 hectares and includes 3,960 housing units distributed across 132 parcels. The total floor area of the project reaches 330,000 square meters.
The parcels consist of multi-story buildings with a ground floor and four repeated upper floors, plus a basement level partly used as a shelter and partly as storage rooms. Each model includes 30 housing units accessed through two independent entrances, 15 units per entrance, with unit sizes ranging between 65 and 90 square meters. The structural system adopts shear walls as an earthquake-resistant design.
The required works are divided between completion works, restoration works, and new construction from scratch. The opportunity also covers infrastructure completion works, both contracted and uncontracted, along with the construction of transformer stations and street lighting.
