Development of a five-star hotel in Eastern Dummar, Damascus, with 24,000 m² of floor area, comprising guest rooms, restaurants and terraces, event halls, fitness facilities and a swimming pool. The project is offered under a BOT arrangement for a term of 35 to 40 years.
What this means for a rebuilding company: a dense vertical build inside an existing urban fabric — deep excavation, retaining walls and basement parking, then a concrete frame with glazed and stone façades. The real value sits in the hospitality fit-out: repeating guest-room modules executed at production pace, long-span event halls, commercial kitchens, and a pool with its water treatment plant. The mechanical and electrical scope covers central air conditioning and ventilation, lifts, fire detection and suppression, standby power, and building management and low-voltage systems. The long concession term also means operation and maintenance contracts form part of the opportunity, not an add-on.
