The Syrian Investment Authority has listed on its investment map an opportunity to develop a commercial centre on the Idlib-Sarmin road, west of Sarmin, in Idlib Governorate. The site covers a total area of 47,000 square metres. The land-owning authority is the Ministry of Housing, and the designated sector is commerce and services.
