Rebuilding Syria Platform took part in the second edition of the IMAR International Expo at the Damascus Fairgrounds, from 13 to 16 September 2026, with a stand in Hall 2, Stand C21.

Who we met

Over four days the team held meetings with more than 80 companies and organisations across the sectors the platform serves: contracting and construction, building materials, energy, industry and production lines, engineering consultancy and real estate development. Visitors ranged from company owners and technical managers to engineers, suppliers and investors looking for partners inside Syria.

What we presented

• The company directory and how a company profile is built and reaches buyers.
• The business portal: tenders, projects and investment opportunities in one place.
• The request marketplace, where a company posts what it needs and receives offers.
• The interactive map of Syria and how projects appear on it.

After the expo

Every company that visited the stand was recorded and is being followed up individually. Companies that could not attend received a personal invitation by email before and during the event.
