• Governing Documents: The launch of the Operational Charter for Joint Business Councils and the Executive Guide for council presidents and founders.
• Multi-level Structure: The establishment of bilateral councils, regional working groups, and priority sectoral councils.
• Digital & Support Tools: The announcement of the National Platform for Business Councils, the Unified Membership Portal, and the Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) system.
