Twenty vehicle inspection stations across seventeen cities, built for the Ministry of Interior of Iraq under a Design and Build contract and delivered by December 2013, with a total enclosed area of 91,000 m².
The cities include Amara, Baghdad, Babil, Basrah, Diwaniyah, Dohuk, Diyala, Kerbela, Kirkuk, Kut, Mosul, Najaf, Nasiriyah, Ramadi, Samawa and Salahaddin. The stations use a pre-engineered heavy steel building system suited to heavy equipment and intensive use; off-site prefabrication allowed rapid installation and commissioning at every location in parallel.
