Syrian Sovereign Fund

The Syrian Sovereign Fund is a state-owned economic institution established by Presidential Decree No. 113 of 24 June 2025, based in Damascus and affiliated with the Presidency. It manages and invests state assets for sustainable returns and implements direct development and production projects.
