Al-Kawati

Al-Kawati is a Syrian company awarded in August 2026, jointly with the Saudi company Al-Rawaf, a contract tendered by the General Establishment for Road Transport to rehabilitate the Damascus–Palmyra and Palmyra–Deir ez-Zor roads and build a second carriageway for each.
