What is the B2B Portal?
The B2B Portal is the members' area of Rebuilding Syria Platform: one place where a verified company follows Syria's reconstruction market and actually works in it — opportunities and tenders filtered to its sectors, projects, requests for quotes, vetted experts, and direct conversations with other member companies.
The public site tells the market who you are. The portal is where you find the work, and where the market reaches you. Access is granted to companies that pass our verification — it is not open self-registration.

A daily feed tuned to your sectors and governorates: opportunities, tenders, projects and news that concern your company — not everything published.

Browse every member company, filter by sector and country, open any profile — and ask to start a conversation with the ones that matter to you.
Messages
Two inboxes in one tab: Visitors — enquiries sent from your public company page; and Companies — direct conversations with other members, which begin with a request the other side accepts.
Rebuilding AI
Ask about the Syrian market in Arabic or English and get answers grounded in the platform's own data — companies, projects, tenders and sources — not generic web results.
RFQ Marketplace
Post a request for quotes, or answer one. Attachments are supported, and every post is reviewed by our team before it goes live — so the marketplace stays serious.
Experts & Hiring
Reach engineers and specialists through the platform. Profiles stay anonymised behind a reference code until both sides agree to connect.
Investors
A curated bank of investors and funds active in reconstruction, with what each one looks for and how to approach them.

How a company gets in
Membership is granted, not bought on the spot. Three steps, usually within days.

Apply
Fill in the company form with your profile, sectors and references. Applications are reviewed by our team — nothing is approved automatically.

Verification meeting
A short online meeting: we verify the company and you tell us what you need from the market. Most members reach us through this step.

Activation
Your account is activated and your company page goes live in the directory. From then on you sign in from the portal page to your dashboard.

Who is the portal for?
Companies working in or with Syria's reconstruction market: contractors, manufacturers and suppliers of building materials, engineering and consulting firms, logistics, energy and infrastructure companies — inside Syria and abroad.
How is the portal different from the public directory?
The directory is public: it shows the market who you are. The portal is the members' area behind sign-in, where you receive filtered opportunities, post and answer requests for quotes, and talk to other companies.
Can I message any company I want?
You can send a conversation request to any member company, with a short introduction. The conversation opens only when the other side accepts — no unsolicited messages, and every company controls its own inbox.
Is everything available on every plan?
The core sections are open to all members. Some capabilities — among them starting direct conversations — are reserved for higher plans, and weekly limits apply so the network stays useful rather than noisy. We will walk you through the right plan in the meeting.
Which language does the portal work in?
Arabic and English, fully. You can switch language from inside the dashboard at any time, and the content follows the language you are reading in.
