The B2B Portal is the members' area of Rebuilding Syria Platform, tenders, projects and partners filtered to your sector, and delivered to one dashboard.

What is the B2B Portal?
You set sectors and governorates once. The dashboard shows the tenders, projects and opportunities that match. No two portals are alike.

Post a request with its details and attachments, or answer one. Every post is reviewed by a person before it goes live.

Ask it about any company, project or tender. It answers only from published platform data and cites its sources, so you can check every answer.

Browse member companies in 11 countries and start a conversation with a short introduction. No middleman, no spam — it opens when they accept.

Who is the B2B Portal for?
Companies working in or with Syria's reconstruction market — contractors, manufacturers and suppliers of building materials, engineering and consulting firms, logistics, energy and infrastructure companies, inside Syria and abroad.
How does a company get in?
Three steps, usually within days: you fill in the company form, our team reviews it, and we hold a short introductory meeting. Once approved, your account is activated and your company page goes live in the directory.
How much does membership cost?
Plans differ by how much access and visibility your company needs. You will find the current packages on our pricing page.
We are already members but cannot sign in.

and we will restore access. Please do not create a second account.
How is the portal different from the public directory?
The directory is public — it shows the market who you are. The portal is the members' area behind sign-in, where you receive opportunities filtered to your sector, post and answer requests for quotes, and talk to other member companies.
What can I actually do inside?
Follow tenders, projects and investment opportunities matched to your sectors and governorates; post or answer requests for quotes in the RFQ marketplace; browse and contact member companies; and ask Rebuilding AI about the market in Arabic or English.
How does the RFQ marketplace work?
You post a request with its details and attachments, or you answer a request posted by another member company.
Can I message any company I want?
You can send a conversation request to any member company with a short introduction. The conversation opens only when the other side accepts — no unsolicited messages, and every company controls its own inbox.
Is everything available on every plan?
The core sections are open to all members. Some capabilities — among them starting direct conversations — are reserved for higher plans, and weekly limits apply so the network stays useful rather than noisy.
Which language does the portal work in?
Arabic and English, fully. You can switch language from inside the dashboard at any time, and the content follows the language you are reading in.
Who can see my company data?
Your public company profile is what the market sees — the services, references and contact details you choose to publish.
I asked for a feature that does not exist yet. What happens?
Every request is recorded, and what more than one member asks for moves up the list. When a feature you asked for is released, we tell you directly.
Write to us, message us on WhatsApp, or book a short introductory meeting with our team.

Membership is granted after a review and a short meeting, usually two days After the Meeting.
1
You fill in the company form: profile, sectors, references. A member of our team reads it, and every application goes through the same review.
2
A short online meeting: we confirm the company, and you tell us what you need from the market. This is where most members come in.
3
Your account opens and your page goes live among 200+ companies in 11 countries. Your dashboard: opportunities in your sectors, quote requests, member contact.
