Bio

An architect with more than 10 years of academic and professional experience, I began my journey in architecture in 2009 at the University of Damascus. In 2013, I left Syria after deciding to dedicate my studies to reconstruction and moved to Germany to learn from its distinguished experience in this field.I continued my studies at Leibniz University Hannover, where I completed both my Bachelor's and Master's degrees. During both stages, my academic work, graduation project, and thesis focused on the reconstruction of destroyed areas in my home country, Syria. By the grace of God, I achieved the top grade of 100% in both degrees and received recognition from more than one institution for this work. During my Master's studies, I also worked for three years as an assistant at Leibniz University Hannover.I have now been working in the engineering field in Germany for nearly nine years. As someone who strongly believes in the importance of sharing knowledge, I founded Rehla Academy to serve as a source of Architecture knowledge and inspiration in the Arab world.I aspire to play an active role in the reconstruction of devastated areas in my home country, Syria. That is why I founded the Rebuilding Syria Platform: to create a Platform that can contribute positively to the rebuilding process and support a more sustainable future.
