This project aims to produce medicinal salt (sodium chloride) in the Al-Mouh salt mine in Palmyra, Homs. Medicinal salt is used in medical applications such as intravenous injections and sterilization. The project contributes to meeting the high local demand for medicinal salt and creating new job opportunities. It benefits from incentives and facilities under the 2021 Investment Law, including the allocation of a quarry and the provision of information on the raw material.
